If you are not satisfied with GrimoireScribe for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked, for lawful and good-faith use. See Exclusions below.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your license key or the email address you used to purchase. You can also request a refund from your account portal.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key may be revoked at our discretion. You will retain read-only access to your work and can export all content (EPUB, DOCX, Scrivener, and other formats) at any time. GrimoireScribe never holds your data hostage.
Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Each license is eligible for one refund.
- Refunds apply to the full purchase price of $79 USD (or equivalent in your local currency, including applicable taxes).
Exclusions
The 30-day guarantee is offered in good faith for lawful use. It does not apply, and we reserve the right to decline a refund, where we have a reasonable basis to believe GrimoireScribe was used for fraud, abuse, or to generate content prohibited under our Responsible Use of AI Features policy, including any attempt to produce sexual content involving minors or other unlawful material, or any case where a third-party AI provider has suspended or terminated your account for such content. Lawful, good-faith use is always covered.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first. We are happy to help. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us will result in automatic revocation of your license key and removal of all activated machines.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT/sales tax collection and compliance globally. The charge on your statement will appear as "PADDLE.NET* GRIMOIRESCRI" or similar. For billing inquiries, you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.
